Challenge:

The exclusive, tailor-made program was organized in the historical city centre and its nearest suburb - the former Tsar's Residence. We suggested various spectacular and unique ways to our guests to discover Imperial city with its rich historical & cultural traditions, high life and entertainments. Each day of the program was filled with a lot of pleasant & memorable surprises, gifts & souvenirs.

Realization:

            Day 1: "IN'JOY Russia DMC Incentive Program in Saint Petersburg"
- Arrival to Saint Petersburg. Special separate check-in at the heart of the city - Peter and Paul Fortress - accompanied by Welcome Cocktail from Russian Ice Samovar, Cossacks' Show and breathtaking panoramic view of the Neva River;
- Welcome dinner in the relaxing atmosphere of the luxury restaurant with splendid view to the Neva River and wonderful sunset.

           Day 2: "IN'JOY Russia DMC Incentive Program in Saint Petersburg"
- "Venice of the North" Cruise Tour along rivers and canals of Saint Petersburg with several exclusive stops at city highlights: private Orthodox Choir concert at St.Isaak Cathedral accompanied by spectacular illumination show; exciting Helicopter flight over the city; greets from Peter the Great with memorable photo session in Summer Garden & an open-air tea drinking ceremony;
- The exclusive evening program in the Hermitage with various unique surprises: wind up of the famous Pea-cock Clock; classic concert at one of the palace halls, farewell cocktail in the end of event.
- The evening continued by dinner in the Mansion's historical interiors.

          Day 3: "IN'JOY Russia DMC Incentive Program in Saint Petersburg"
-  Outdoor team-building - interactive, entertaining and informative game "Seven steps to Rasputin". The participants investigate the city with its history, national colours and traditions by using personal creativity and quick-wittedness. The last and final check point is in Russian style restaurant where Rasputin is waiting for the participants in order to summarize the results, award the winning team & treat everybody to the mysterious Russian Vodka & Caviar;
-  Private Russian Ballet School visit - the guests become witnesses of the real rehearsal & performance of the young ballet dancers;
-  Farewell Event in one of the most luxurious palace of Saint Petersburg - Yusupov Palace. The Gala Dinner in „Russian Noble" style with Welcome Reception at one of the palace hall accompanied by piano; opera performance in private Palace Theatre, dinner accompanied by classical live music. Special dress cod is required.

         Day 4: "IN'JOY Russia DMC Incentive Program in Saint Petersburg"
-  Romantic trip to Tsarskoe Selo by historical "Nostalgic Tsar's Train";
-  Catherina Palace with its unique amber masterpiece - legendary Amber room;
-  Matrioshka painting master class after farewell lunch at Authentic Russian restaurant. Each guest takes part in creating his own souvenir -Matrioshka doll - great memory of the incentive journey in Russia!
